Set & Setting
Prepare- Grounding breath; simple intention or prayer.
- Hands warm-up: rub, shake, hold at heart.
Hand Positions (self-session)
Practice- Head → throat → heart → solar plexus.
- Abdomen → lower abdomen → knees → feet.
- 2–5 min each, or follow intuition; note temperature/tingle shifts.
Distance Patterns
RemoteCreate a clear container (consent, time, photo/name). Open, connect, send, close. Journal sensations and feedback.
Pairing with Frequencies
Blend- Very low ambient tones or coil at a distance; keep Reiki primary.
- Stop any tech that distracts from hands-on perceptions.
