  • Hands warm-up: rub, shake, hold at heart.

Practice
  • Head → throat → heart → solar plexus.
  • Abdomen → lower abdomen → knees → feet.
  • 2–5 min each, or follow intuition; note temperature/tingle shifts.

Create a clear container (consent, time, photo/name). Open, connect, send, close. Journal sensations and feedback.

Pairing with Frequencies

Blend
  • Very low ambient tones or coil at a distance; keep Reiki primary.
  • Stop any tech that distracts from hands-on perceptions.
