Basics- Align crown-to-tail; soft knees; tongue on palate.
- Relax shoulders; nasal breathing, low & wide.
- Let attention rest in the lower dantian.
Mini-Sets
Try3-Minute Shake & Settle
- Shake limbs lightly for ~60s.
- Stand still; breathe low; feel the sway.
Eight Brocades (Lite)
- 2–3 reps each posture.
- Keep breath smooth; avoid strain.
Closing
- Rub hands; comb field; store at navel.
- Brief gratitude or intention.
Breath Cadence
RhythmTry 4–6 in / 4–6 out nasal; extend only if tension stays low. Use a soft metronome or heartbeat track if helpful.
Pairing with Tech
Blend- Very gentle coil at a distance, or quiet ambient tones.
- If tech distracts from perception, switch it off.
