Basics
  • Align crown-to-tail; soft knees; tongue on palate.
  • Relax shoulders; nasal breathing, low & wide.
  • Let attention rest in the lower dantian.

Mini-Sets

Try
3-Minute Shake & Settle
  1. Shake limbs lightly for ~60s.
  2. Stand still; breathe low; feel the sway.
Eight Brocades (Lite)
  1. 2–3 reps each posture.
  2. Keep breath smooth; avoid strain.
Closing
  1. Rub hands; comb field; store at navel.
  2. Brief gratitude or intention.

Try 4–6 in / 4–6 out nasal; extend only if tension stays low. Use a soft metronome or heartbeat track if helpful.

Pairing with Tech

Blend
  • Very gentle coil at a distance, or quiet ambient tones.
  • If tech distracts from perception, switch it off.
