Mechanics
  • Modes: Dorian for uplifted focus; Aeolian for reflection; Lydian for wonder.
  • Tempos: 50–70 bpm calm; 90–110 clear activity; drones for timelessness.
  • Texture: sparse → breath; rich → immersion. Ear safety always.

Practice
Morning Focus
  1. Open with 1–2 min breath
  2. 30–45 min playlist; phone on DND
  3. Note 1 win at the end
Evening Unwind
  1. Dim lights, slow playlist (50–70 bpm)
  2. Sit/lie; no phone; breathe 4–6/4–6
  3. End with 2 min silence

Gear

Simple→Studio
  • Phone + good headphones; modest volume.
  • Optional: small speaker, drone box, recorder.
